About Creative GOAT
Creative GOAT is a Sudbury-based industrial 3D scanning and mechanical design support company. We help mines, mills, fabricators and equipment owners capture existing conditions and turn them into usable 3D information for brownfield modifications and equipment retrofits.
Why We Started This
Creative GOAT was built around a practical industrial problem: project teams often need to plan new work around records that no longer fully reflect what is installed. We connect field capture, point-cloud processing, CAD development and technical documentation so the next team can work from a clearer, traceable project basis.
Our scope and responsibilities
Creative GOAT provides industrial 3D scanning, existing-condition documentation, scan-to-CAD, reverse modelling, mechanical and manufacturing design support, and technical documentation. When a project requires professional engineering review or sealing, that work is separately scoped and provided by an appropriately licensed external professional for the applicable jurisdiction.
Who We Work With
Creative GOAT works with mine and mill project teams, plant managers, maintenance and reliability leaders, fabricators, equipment owners and OEMs. Our work is most relevant when drawings no longer reflect what is installed, critical interfaces are difficult to measure, or a usable 3D model or drawing is needed before the next project step.
Where We Work
Creative GOAT is based in Sudbury, Ontario, and is available for projects across Canada and the United States. Project scope, site-access requirements, location and schedule are confirmed before mobilization.
