Creative GOAT is an industrial 3D scanning and design company based in Sudbury, Ontario, serving clients across Canada and the United States. Our services include brownfield 3D scanning, reverse design, product development, fabrication support, and related technical and software solutions. The scope of any specific engagement is defined in the written quote, proposal, or agreement provided for that project.
3. Use of Our Website
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.

4. Quotes, Orders & Payment
4.1 Quotations
Quotes provided by Creative GOAT are based on the information available at the time of the request and are valid for the period stated on the quote. A quote does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing by both parties.
4.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable according to the terms stated on each invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest and may result in suspension of ongoing work. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Project Scope, Timelines & Changes
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and are subject to factors including site access, data quality, and timely client input. Any change to the agreed scope may affect pricing and delivery dates and will be documented before additional work proceeds.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule scheduled work, please notify us as early as possible. Costs already incurred, including mobilization, travel, and work completed up to the point of cancellation, remain payable. Specific cancellation terms for a given engagement may be set out in the applicable quote or agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and adequate access to any site or facility required for the work.
- Supply accurate information, specifications, and reference materials needed to complete the project.
- Ensure all necessary permissions, approvals, and safety requirements are in place prior to our attendance.
- Designate a point of contact authorized to make decisions on the project.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Website Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Creative GOAT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8.2 Project Deliverables & Scan Data
Ownership and licensing of deliverables, scan data, and design files are governed by the specific agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creative GOAT retains ownership of its underlying methods, tools, and know-how used to produce those deliverables.
9. Confidentiality & Privacy
We treat client information and project data with care and in accordance with the commitments set out in our agreements. Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, this website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative GOAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
