Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. This page sets out exactly which cookies creativegoat.com uses, what each one does, and how long it lasts. It is written to describe what the site actually does — nothing more.
Your choice
When you first arrive you are asked to accept or reject cookies that are not essential. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are placed on your device and nothing that identifies you is collected. With analytics denied, our measurement provider (Google) still receives an anonymous signal that a page was viewed, with no cookie and no identifier attached; this is used only to estimate overall traffic.
You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings button in the corner of every page. Your choice is remembered for 180 days, and clearing your browser cookies resets it.
Essential cookies
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They include the cookie that remembers your consent choice, and cookies set by our contact and quote forms to keep a submission intact and to reduce spam. Our security provider may also set a cookie to distinguish real visitors from automated traffic.
Statistics cookies
These are used only if you accept them. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are read, and record when someone submits the quote or contact form, clicks a phone number or email address, or downloads a case study. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful — not to build a profile of you, and not for advertising.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will be updated before any such cookie is set.
